The symposium’s official language is English. All papers must be written and presented only in English and must be formatted according to the following instructions.
Authors are encouraged to submit their manuscripts through the official online submission system.
If authors encounter technical difficulties with the online submission system, they may contact the conference secretariat for assistance.
Prospective authors are invited to submit original papers on their research relevant to the conference theme. Accepted papers will be published in Proceedings, which will be submitted to be indexed by EI compendex, scopus.

Please note that the abstracts submitted for attendance will not be published in any journals. The Conference Abstract Proceedings is for communication purpose only.
Submissions must be original and must not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication elsewhere at the time of submission. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submissions do not contain plagiarism, substantial duplication, or inappropriate reuse of previously published material. Any use of material from the authors’ previous publications must be properly acknowledged and appropriately cited. All submissions are subject to the publication ethics, originality, and manuscript requirements of the proceedings publisher. Papers that do not comply with these requirements may be rejected or excluded from publication. Manuscripts should be prepared according to the formatting and length requirements specified by the proceedings publisher.
All papers will be reviewed by at least two members of the program committees and technical committees. Reviewers will evaluate submissions based on technical quality, originality, relevance to the conference scope, methodological soundness, clarity, and scientific contribution. The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that the article’s publication has been approved by all other co-authors and takes responsibility for the paper during submission and peer review. If revisions are requested, the authors are given a specific timeframe within which to address the reviewers' comments and make necessary revisions to the paper.
