Register as presenter(for only abstract)

You need to submit your abstract to us before submission deadline. The conference committee will perform a brief review, and you'll be granted the chance to present your abstract as oral presention/poster if it passes the review.
Registration fee included: 12 minutes Oral Presentation / Poster Presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A; Attendance to all Sessions; Conference Program; Certificate of Presentation; Conference Bag; Lunch and Coffee Break

You need to submit your full paper to us before submission deadline, which will enter the preliminary review and peer review system. And you'll be informed of the review status of your paper by the notification date. Then your paper will be published into the conference proceedings if accepted. Each accepted paper must be presented by one of the authors to guarantee publication in the proceedings.

Important Notes


  • 1. Please note that the registration fee is only for paper publication, attending the conference etc. The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee. The conference organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money.
  • 2. Abstract registration is for Presentation ONLY. The abstract will NOT be published.
  • 3. Only the same first author can enjoy the discount for additional paper(s).
  • 4. To qualify for Student Registration rate, you must submit a copy of valid ID (student card or official letter) to the Conference Secretary along with other registration materials.
  • 5. When the registration confirmed, an official receipt will be issued, you will receive the hard copy receipt together with all conference materials at the conference spot. If you need the receipt before the conference date, we can send you the electronic verion.
  • 6. Your paper will be excluded from proceedings at any level of quality checks carried out by the Press. Conference organizers are not responsible if your paper detects plagiarism or any lack in quality reported by the press after submission of final proceedings (camera ready copies) to the press. Conference organizers are responsible for the technical quality of paper on the basis of reviews obtained. It is sole responsibility of authors if their paper detects plagiarism even in later stages of quality check. No registration fee will be refunded in any case if your paper is excluded from proceedings by the Publisher.
  • 7. The conference papers will be submitted for publication on time, and the publishing press will submit the proceedings to major database, such as EI, SCOPUS, Google Scholar and other databases. Since the database has the right to selected for inclusion in the engineering database, so we can not make any guarantee for any index.

Refund Policy

If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else of co-authors or from the same institute/organization. Written requests for cancellations must be sent to the Conference Secretary via e-mail.
Attendees wish to cancel their conference registration and seek a refund for personal reasons, the following policy regarding refunds will be applied:
1. Conference registration may be canceled with full refund (less a $30 processing fee) provided written notification is received any time up until three (3) month prior to the conference start date.
2. A 50% refund is available for conference registration provided written notification is received between two (2) month and one (1) month prior to the conference start date.
3. No refunds will be granted within one (1) month of the conference start date.
4. All no shows will not be eligible for refunds.
5. The organizer reserves the right to neither issue refunds nor provide any form of compensation in instances where an individual is unable to attend the conference due to circumstances classified as "personal reasons," which may encompass travel difficulties, visa complications, health concerns, financial constraints, or any other personal obstacles.
6. The organizer shall not be held liable for, nor offer refunds or compensation in cases where the execution of the conference is hindered or impacted by circumstances constituting "force majeure." These encompass unforeseeable and unavoidable events, despite all reasonable precautions, such as fire, floods, explosions, storms or other weather-related damages, burglaries, vandalism, riots or civil unrest, labor strikes, natural or nuclear disasters, severe weather conditions, war or the threat of war, actual or impending terrorist activities, epidemics, and any other comparable situations that are beyond our control.
