AISEIS Conference FAQ

Q: If I intend to publish a paper, must I submit an abstract first?

A: While abstract submission is common practice, direct full-paper submission is also accepted and will help expedite the review process.

Q: How should I submit my paper?

A: Please prepare your manuscript using the conference-provided MS Word or LaTeX template, and submit it via the system. Should you encounter any issues during submission, please contact the conference secretary for assistance.

Q: Can I serve as a committee member, conference chair, keynote speaker, or invited speaker?

A: Yes, these roles are open to interested qualified individuals. If you wish to apply for one of these positions, please send your CV to committee@aiseis.org, clearly stating the role you are applying for in your email.

Q: Is there an option to participate online?

A: The conference will primarily be held in-person to facilitate full academic exchange and networking. For inquiries about online participation, please contact the organizing team for further details.

Q: How can I register for the conference?

A: Conference registration is completed by contacting the conference team directly. Early bird registration with discounted rates is available until January 30, 2027.
